In 1983, when FIAM was founded at Cimadolmo, in the Treviso area, our stores
contained almost exclusively solid wood boards. However, our
company's strength lies in following design trends and diversifying
its production lines.
In order to fully express the evolution of products made in Italy, we
have studied the features and application of different materials for our
components and interior design items.
We have always favoured innovation and every project is unique.
For this reason we constantly introduce the most modern materials
and select technologically advanced machinery, to keep abreast of
the furniture market.

MDF, wood particle board, plywood, several types of veneer, veneered aluminium, sliced veneer, stone, HPL and polyurethane.
In our Cimadolmo facilities we process a host of materials carefully selected for their quality so that our clients are sure of an excellent product.
We are never satisfied and are now expanding into finished interior design complements, actively interfacing with hardware and mechanics.

This material requires special technology to fulfil the needs of contemporary designer furniture for sectors very different from the
home, such as, for example, offices, bathrooms and outdoors.
Its strategic advantage is the stability of the aluminium backing, which does not forgo the natural effect of solid wood. It can be processed and supplied in several lengths and worked mechanically to clients' requirements.
